Rise Above

One misty morning, in the field of happiness, the grass of joy and the plants of faith beautifully sway with the wind of love. I was sitting on the bench of detachment, wearing jewels, pearls of bliss and gratitude. Felt light and astonishing. Peace, my beautiful companion was sitting with me, singing with the instruments of love. Her beauty touched the sky. I was fully absorbed in her sweet voice. Felt like everything stopped moving, everything became one. Just love and beauty. Beauty beyond the words and imagination.

While sitting calmly and peacefully enjoying the sound of water and birds, a soft touch of wind kisses the whole planet. Trees full of fruits and flowers look like nature wearing jewels and diamonds. The change in my life is my glorious success. 4 years ago, I met with an Indian Holy man and he gave me a secret message into my ear “prepare yourself with every breath and let the goal come to you.

Back in 2000 during my school summer holidays, I went on vacation with the monks/saints whom my family and I knew very well. We visited Uttaranchal (UP, India) for a religious congregation. One morning we visited the mountains where I felt calm, joy and bliss. I felt I was sitting somewhere far away from Earth and my anxiety and worries flew away as darkness disappears in the sun's shine. I don't know how long I sat there. Suddenly one of my family members presses my shoulder and made me conscious of the present. The saint/sage near me was smiling and looking at me. He then said to me “Son, don’t forget to give. Life is to give and you will always feel the joy and love.” Then he handed me a small pot of Brahmi plant and said "This a gift for you by nature. Look after it. This is a plant of wisdom. Always attach yourself to nature. Without the relation of nature, we are like a child with no mother."

Watching peacocks dancing in our fields. I was 10 years old when I started to dissolve in music raags and in my own self. A holy voice and a soulful sound, a vibration of the instrument string, throws me in an ocean of joy and beauty where I can walk above the scene. When I feel His presence slowly my eyes become wet and my body numb, sitting on a bed of green grass with amazing, miraculous feelings of love.
